Our company costs is minimal due to the fact is 75% virtual. We look to have up to 100 part time telemarketers, 5-10 full time inbound customer service reps and 5 full time administrative and web developers. All telephone sales are commission based. The remaining positions are salaried with majority of pay coming from bonus incentives based on company performance to keep fixed costs to a minimum.
