Is it really free to list our house here?

     Yes, you have are free to list your home for sale in our website which would appear in several search engines and map search over the internet, free listings are good for 45 days with an option to be on the sponsored listings and comes with one photograph. Credit Card information is not necessary.

How long would the free listing last?

     It would last exactly 45 days upon signup and depending on package for as low as 14.95, you can have your listing active until sold, you have a control panel that would allow you to change your listings and update your photograph absolutly free. You can also cancel your listing anytime once your home has been sold. All other packages other than the free one are active until sold.

Would my free or sponsored listing appear in the MLS

     No. your listings will only appear here and in the internet, it will not be in the MLS, your contact information will be shown together with the listings so the potential buyers can contact you.

Do I have to pay commission to any realtors?

     No. the buyers who search through the site will contact you directly without any involvement from 4thishouse.com or it's realtors you will pay absolutly no commission to us.

Can I list more than one free listing property?

     Yes. It is possible to list as many free properties as you want since our site is very popular to other realtors and investors and our high ranking in the search engines a lot of investors and realtors list as many of their properties in our website for buyers to see.

I want to upgrade to a higher plan do I have to write the information again?

     No. You can log into your account then proceed to edit listings. from there you can upgrade your account to any of the higher package that you wish and then email the additional pictures to support@4thishouse.com together with your username and the order you want the new photos to appear.

I purchased a yard sign / lock box when will it be shipped?

     Lock Boxes and Yard signs are shipped within 1-2 BUSINESS days upon time of purchase. product arrives normally within 3-7 days
