What is a control panel?

    4thishouse.com implements an online control panel to check the status of your listing. edit and change your listing and account information. Change billing information and check out your transaction details. The online control panel will also allow you to add services or remove them. Normally changes would take effect real time or within 1 business day depending on what has been changed.

I cannot login?

     4thishouse.com employs turbo SSL protection on the control panel to encrypt and protect your private information. The Login information is CASE SENSITIVE. Case sensitive meaning the capitalization per letter matters. password is different from Password and PassWord.

I want to change my contact information?

     4thishouse.com control panel default page is your contact information this is the name and phone that will appear as the best method of contact from buyers and buyers agents. You can also change your email addresss here.

My Contact Information is different from my listing information how do I correct it?

     4thishouse.com control panel have 2 separate areas for the listing address and contact address. The address that shows on the account information page are your contact informaton and the address in the Edit listing page is the house for sale address.

I do not have my Login information?

    The Correct login information is sent in your welcome email. If you have not recieved a welcome email, (normally by cancelling in the middle of the signup process or wrong input in the email address) you can get it by contacting support here and informing us of the problem. Ensure that you provide us with your name, your house address and FROM the email we have on file. You may also use our forget password link below the login area and the password will be sent to the email address we have on file.

I have the correct login information but I still can't log in?

     Login infomation can be changed inside the control panel, most likely the issue is the account has been closed or expired. E-mail Support here and provide us with your login and password and we will determine the issue on your account or send you the correct login information in case there is little discrepancy in the information sent.

How do I edit my listing information?

     Once you are inside your control panel, proceed to Edit Listing. All your active listings will be shown here. if the listing you wish to edit is not visible email support@4thishouse.com regarding the property address with your username and the issue encoutered. Then click on the edit listing icon on the upper right hand corner of the Edit Listing. If no listing is available to edit. email Support here with the following information, Login Name: Password: House address: and we will add the listing for you. Normally the listing will be up in a maximum of 12 hours. The control Panel sends automated emails in case an account has no listing. You can fill the form in that email and reply.

How do I add more photographs?

     Inside the Control Panel, proceed to Edit Listing. click on the listing you wish to add photographs and on the Edit Listing and edit listing icon will appear on the upper right hand corner. It will allow you to add the number of photographs dependng on your package. i.e. 5 photographs for the Until sold plan and 1 for a free listing.

How can I delete my listing?

     Inside Control Panel, Proceed to Edit Listing, click on the listing you want to delete and a small icon on the upper right hand corner will appear that would allow you to delete the listing. This will effectively remove your listing from our database and will no longer show up on search.

How do I close my account?

     In the Control Panel account infomation page, at the bottom part of the page there is an area that would allow you to close your account. Closing your account will not remove your information from our database but will flag your listing not to appear in the site and cancel MLS listing if any. It will also put your email and phone number on the DNS and DNC list.

How will long will it take before I get a response?

     Sending questions and requests to our support team at support@4thishouse.com will get you a response within 12 hours maximum and 48 hours if the query is sent on a weekend.

Can I change my account from Free to a paid?

     Yes, you can change your package status by going to the Add Lising page of the Control Panel and selecting the appropriate package you want your listing to be in. This would normally require you to pay using paypal secure forms and will take 1 business day to process. If you want to use the same listing to upgrade. there is an upgrade box under the edit listing button that would allow you to upgrade your listing to a sponsored package.

How do I add services?

     In the Edit listing page there are check boxes of addtional services that you can choose to enhance your listing. It is suggested that you are at least in the Until Sold Package to utilize the features best.

What does the stand for?" ?

     It is a short helpful description of the field and areas in the control panel to explain the restrictions and functions of the particular area. Hover your mouse over the "?" image to see the values that are allows in the field.

How do I edit my Virtual Slide Show?

     In the edit listing page, you will find a preview of your listings. on the lower left corner of the preview there is a link named Edit your listing Slideshow. Click the link and a pop-up will appear that would allow you to load the successive order of pictures and the captions necessary for them. Click Submit to test and your slideshow will run. it will automatically appear in your Listing URL. as the "view slide show link".

I have an MLS number and I want to show it in my ad?

     E-mail 4thishouse.com at support@4thishouse.com your MLS number and your username and we will place your MLS number in your listing advertisment .

I want to hide my contact Information?

     There are several request in the past year to do this we allow the contact infomation of the seller to be hidden by editing the account information. However removing BOTH the email and the phone number would make the advertisment useless.

Why is my Realtor.com Package still not listed?

Have you filled up this form? http://floridarentersguide.com/datainputform.htm if you have it will be in Realtor.com in 2-3 days. If you already have filled up the form and the listing is still not in Realtor.com please email support@4thishouse.com

Why is my MLS listing not listed yet?

     Has the local broker contacted you and gave you the official MLS forms? Have you completed it and sent it back? If that has already been done please email support@4thishouse.com

I think I am in the wrong MLS, Is there anything that can be done about it?

     Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name, Address, MLS#, and the MLS you are currently in and the MLS you think is the write board for you. We will investigate the matter.

I need to do some changes in my MLS and/or listing, how do I do that?

     Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name, Address, MLS#, and the changes you want made we will inform your local broker of the request. This is normally free. but some areas have a nominal fee for the 3rd change onwards.

I want to add pictures to my listing, how do I do that? (For Free Lister)

     Log into http://www.4thishouse.com/cp/main_control_panel.php with your username and password then proceed to edit photos. Note that free listings only allows 1 photo.

I want to add pictures to my listing, how do I do that? (For package 2 and 3)

     Log into http://www.4thishouse.com/cp/main_control_panel.php with your username and password then proceed to edit photos. Note that free listings only allows 5 photos.

I want to add pictures to my listing, how do I do that? (Package 4 and 5 or 6)

     Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name, Address, MLS#, attach the photographs in the Email.

How do I set up my Voicemail?

     

Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name and Address then request for your voicemail setup instructions to be resent.

How do I set up my Virtual Tour?

     Log into http://www.4thishouse.com/cp/main_control_panel.php with your username and password then proceed to edit photos. Make sure to add captions for a more informative Presentation.

How do I set up my E-flyer?

     Log into http://www.4thishouse.com/cp/main_control_panel.php with your username and password then proceed to Edit Listings then setup E-Flyer. detailed instructions can be found there. Or you can email support@4thishouse.com for your concern

How do I upgrade to another package? Is there an additional fee?

     Log into http://www.4thishouse.com/cp/main_control_panel.php with your username and password and then proceed to add listings. Yes the fee is paid again in full. Each listing is different.

My house is under contract, where can I get closing forms and how do I change the status in the MLS?

     Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name, Address, MLS#, and inform them that your house is on contract. Congratulations.

My Yardsign and/or Lockbox still has not arrived, How do I track it?

     .Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name, Address, and desired shipping address and we will investigate the matter and provide you with a UPS tracking code.

How do I cancel my Listing (For Package 1,2,3)?

     .Log into http://www.4thishouse.com/cp/main_control_panel.php with your username and password then proceed to edit listings. Click the Icon edit and a close listing menu will appear at the bottom most part of the page.

How do I cancel my MLS or Realtor.com Listing?

     Please email support@4thishouse.com with your Name, Address, MLS#, and inform them your intention to cancel the listing. For refund request. The refund policy is clear in the terms and agreement for listings NOT in the MLS a refund is due with 50 dollar cancellation fee. for Listings already in the MLS there is no refund.
